Bullying is an important topic when we think about mental health. Today, when half the population is on social media, cyberbullying can be dangerous to our own mental health. We make a lot of friends on the internet , not knowing that it can be harmful to us.
We can recognize a cyberbully, in a number of ways.
1. Is talking to that person, giving you stress?
2. Are you being blackmailed by that person in any way,?
3. Is that person speeding a rumor about you, online??
There are a lot of examples of cyberbullying, that can cause you mental tension and stress. I know that there is lots of articles written on cyberbullying, but nothing has stopped till now. The bullies have to just sit in front of a computer screen and torture You, mentality. It is important to be aware of cyberbullying.
